What can we tell you, hopefully you have already noticed that Dex (long standing nick name of Derek Pearce) is a creative photographer, he is passionate about all aspects of his photography and has eclectic portfolio ranging from beauty to aerial.

Personal, Dex is married to Jayne and has two teenage daughters. He lives in Wickwar, Gloucestershire, close to the M4 and M5 motorways so very well placed to travel, speaking of which travel to your wedding will not be a problem as he covers all of the UK.

Dex only works digitally these days and has a huge collection of gear, ranging from 8 mega pixel right up to 32 mega pixel cameras, lenses for every occasion and full spec studio lighting. Dex also runs a ground based aerial photography business so is one of only a handful of photographers able to shoot overhead shots at weddings, now that's different.

Dex maintains a calibrated digital workflow, full colour, black & white, toned or selective colour presentations are possible, Derek is also a very skilled photoshop user and can apply an infinate variety of effects to images using the very latest of techniques.
